Refund policy

IDELMINA offers fourteen calendar days from the delivery date to ask for a refund or a store credit. Please keep in mind that returns have a cost. To ask for return please write to info@idelmina.com.

Items have to be unused, in perfect condition, and be returned with its original packaging and label (if applies).
